    how do I actually get on the eu server, its not allowing me to change server location x.x

    Login to NA sever and I believe you should be able to click on the EU channel

    Probarly need to release a patch to update the launcher so you can switch or they ran into problems.
    didnt really play BDZ because of the time zone so i was very surprised to find out there was a EU launch :D
