Resolved Mount Name Change Not Working?

I bought a mount name change coupon, used the coupon at the stable, changed my mount's name (which said it changed successfully), relogged into the game completely and my mount's name stayed the same and the coupon was used. Is there a certain period of time that it takes to change a mount's name or is this bugged? For reference, I changed my character's name yesterday and a quick relog updated the change in game.

 

No, the name changes immediately after using the coupon. Tested on 2 different characters.

 

So why did mine not change? The coupon was used and the horse name is still what it was prior to using the coupon. Not entirely sure what went wrong if it's immediate.
