Game crashing after I press 'Start' on launcher

Hi,

Just downloaded the game and I can't play due to this reason (I play official servers fine, so I'm going to go back to that if this doesn't work.)

What I do:
Start up GamezBDO.exe > Log in > Choose EU (or NA, it doesn't work for either) > Press 'Start' > Let it load for a few seconds > Black screen comes up > Closes with no error message then I'm returned to the launcher.

Fixes I've tried:
- Update drivers
- Force check game files
- Delete service.ini
- Set my install folder to non read only
- Allowed BlackDesert64.exe and GamezBDO.exe though my firewall
- Disabled my firewall
- Force checked multiple times

I honestly have zero idea what do to right now, please help me you guys are my only hope.

 

Check if hyper-v is off, it should be afaik.
Check for modem level firewalls.
Check for windefender and similar antivirus programs, not only the firewall.
Check if you can even ping the server, if you cant then its a problem with ur connection and not necessarily with ur software.

 

Zero idea what these mean.

Yep, what I meant was I made an exception (in windefender) for all the .exes Gamez uses to launch and run the game

Don't I need the server's IP to be able to ping it? Or what do I need?

Idk, I think I've just ran out of options and we're just tinfoiling at this point, ty for the responses.
