For some reason my client auto exit when i click 'connect' one of my characters in selection screen

idk what to do. this is my first encounter so far in gamezbd
this will happen after i click 'connect' then the game crashes.

 

Are you using comodo or avast antivirus?

 

nah. i always disable my anti-virus (windows defender) and leave only malwarebytes.

I've been having the same issue, happens on all channels (EU) with all my characters

 

NA or EU all my characters on all channels happens this issue.

 

This happens on NA server in a certain period of time of the day for me. The issue usually occurs around noon till evening and resumes connection back late in to the very same evening. I've tried re-installing, reusing the launcher and restarting my router/pc. all the same outcome. I could still connect to EU when this happens to me tho. so I'm pretty sure its about the servers and connections between your ISP and GameZ servers.

 

pls fix this issue im not the only one experiencing this kind of problem it's so frustrating.
