EU Server problems

Hello,
i got some problems on the EU server. When I first login my character spawns and i can move around without any problems but i cant interact with anything. If i hit mobs the wont get dmg, talking with npc´s dont work but after around 3-4 min everything happen in 1 second. NA servers working fine . I dont know whats the problem I got an I5 8800K, gforce 1070ti, 16GB DDR4 Ram. Is it because the Servers are too full and my internet cant handel so many data?

 

Thats not your fault, servers not enough for too many players. They need to upgrade server

 

I got exact the same problem as you.
Since the patch which re-enabled the horse exp it's unplayable for me.
It's exactly how you describe it, every other game works fine.
If you found a solution yet pls let me know

 

Server laggs are insane actualy not your fault ^^ they have to upgrade the sever

 

Looks like the EU Server Provider in France, doesnt offer the best hardware Baguette Server.

 

The constant lag is getting annoying. Can someone of the GamezBD team comment of this issue? Are you planning on doing something about this? If so, when?

The problem is when i have to pick a chan (before having acces to character section), i get a message saying "Your authentification key has expired", so i can't connect anymore.
Any solution?

Do you think if you use an VPN it could solve the problem ?

 

Ye we totally need an upgrade. Pinging 40 but feeling like 200 is not so nice xD, maybe bcoz too many players

 

I don't think it's cuz of players, ive seen years ago the same thing when bns released, and it was cuz their login database it was still on NA, even if the servers were on Eu.

 

So this, that we have to Jump to America before coming back here? Ye its seems to me the latency is like playing in America. Anyway It needs to be solved. Pve is a meme with mobs dying 2-3 secs After u killer them and pvp is impraticabile.

 

I do not think that latency is the case here. Once they restart the servers, the servers work perfectly fine, no lag whatsoever, mobs die the instant you touch them but after more people log in the server gets slower, you have to wait a few seconds until the mobs die, I sometimes have to gather one sheep two times to get the resources, when buying a bunch of black stones of special deals sometimes I get thrown into character selection screen. My bet is that the server simply can't manage with so many players online, so they need to upgrade the server they are using (increase the bandwidth or something, idk). Anyways, I am no computer specialist but I would like to hear from the development team. Are they even aware of this issue? If so, I would like them to comment on this I really like what they created but somewhy they don't really communicate with us about this problem.

 

No xD the laggs are from the Root, cause the server cant handle the amount of players we actualy have, so its lagg with VPN, with NASA Internet,with everything.

 

Please Devs! Fix the lag! Upgrade the Server!!

 

I also think it isn't Database related. After restart everything is fine, once hit 3k Players it goes down pretty fast.

 

yeah horroful.... cant really grind cant really gather and god damn....cant do any pvp all of my guild and friends are crying about lags and i said "just wait they will fix it soon i´m sure" but nothing happened.... cant find any poste where an dev said something about fixing the lags... pls give us some response many people near quitting just cause of no or low response

 

Real PvP is actualy impossible, desync´s, laggs makes it impossible for skilled pvp, its lucky if you hit your cc or not, if you play a grab class, the only job is run into his face and PUSH E. Cmon is there any upgrade soon? or do you want lose more and more players

 

Honestly, some simple words from the devs like "we are aware of this issue and we are working on it, please be patient" would do it for me, but since we aren't getting any information on this case, I'm losing my last hopes.

 

Hello GamezBD community, I believe that after the sheer amount of posts about this topic that the GamezBD Staff and Developers are very aware of this problem, it may practically boil down to getting another Server Company in Europe that is better and more reliable HOWEVER the main issue is that we would have to wait for days (perhaps a week) to transfer all the data from one place to the other and of course run all the tests needed OR they would have to wipe the server and restart all over again. I do think that the issue is NA-connection related but it may be as others say simply an overload of the current EU-server provider.
