    It's impossible to get Professional Workers on this server ? i am roll 500 energy 100 on 5 characters and no get any ( Sorry For My Bad Ingles )

    prof worker is very rare.
    you will always see white/green worker with occasional blue. with 500 energy you may see 1 yellow (maybe)
    btw you can always attempt to upgrade your workers every 10 levels.

    Ive got 2 days ago a professional gigant worker and an artisan gigant in the same day. It is endeed rare to get them, but not impossible.
