Donation Issue

    I have donated before and gotten the ultra codes instantly, but now its been almost 24 hours and still no code. I tried to send an email and call UltraDonate.... but apparently the email doesn't exist and the phone number is not in service. I have the confirmation email of payment and the charge appears in my bank statement so I was wondering if it was possible that you guys could help me out or let me know if this is normal.

    There was a problem with superrewards. I just contacted their support and everything was fine.

    If you used UltraDonate then you should see a code to enter on the Gamez site for "getting cash" where you enter that said code and the code should be sent to your email as well.
