Awakening to T9!!!

    SO!!! I have a t8 that ive been trying to awaken to t9 for awhile now...i have PREMIUM! So awakening to t9 shouldnt be that difficult...im currently at 37 failed attempts on t9...from what ive heard most people it usually takes them 1-6 tries for premium. As for non-premium members 5-10 tries...so explain to me why has my t8 not awakened to a t9 after 37 failed attempts...from what I read the t9 awakening chance should be increased because I have premium...failing this many times seems to have a problem because on retail i havent even failed this many times in retail...

    non premium chance 1% and every fs adds 1%
    premium chance 5% and every fs adds 2%

    so then i should have 79% enhance rate....well its bs cause now i have 39 fail attempts...

    It's all RNG sadly, RNG controls everything. RNG is god in game :(
