Good day, I'm having an issue of having low FPS on this game.

    Specs:
    Ryzen 5 1600x
    Asus B350-F Gaming Strix
    Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB 2666 mhz
    MSI 1070 ti

Checked all my drivers and clean install, I don't have any issue with my other games such as PUBG, CSGO or DOTA I can run them at ultra without any problem but with GAMEZBDO I only have 29 FPS at heidel city and outside is 50-60 FPS i'm running it at low texture and very low effects please help

theres a setting called low power options or something, maybe try turning that off?

settings > performance > low power option

Anyone who can help me? I noticed that my GPU is not running 100% usage when it comes to gamez. But on the other games it's usage is 100%

So come on. BDO, it's a mmorpg, and as far as I know most MMORPGs pull a lot of CPU. Your video card is important, but it will not make much difference as in other games, such as Battlefield. So if you want to boost your fps, you will have to overclock your cpu. : D

yeah, except that my guild mate have ryzen 5 1600 with around 140 fps outside, and around ~70 fps on city with med settings with 1070. I'm at low & very low ~90 outside and ~50-60 inside city

having one piece identical not means you should have the experience. there are lots of reasons , but i can think mostly at a wrong video driver instalation. Google for guru driver remover, u will find the guide there too, then try few diff drivers till you will find a stable one.

I tried DDU, clean uninstall then install the driver without any utilities or what from nvidia site. I tried the latest and some lower version.

You could attempt using 399 version of the nvidia driver, there has been some slight complaints here and there with 416+ so give that a shot and see how well it works out for you.
Also you should try running the game in fullscreen mode, not fullscreen window mode.

I wouldn't rule out overheating possibility. I would say if you want to know for sure, use a program such as HWInfo monitor your temperatures while playing and if your temps are hitting the 80's or above, you will have to cool it down.
