    I purchased something off the webshop nearly 2 hours ago and never received it in game, how should I go about getting this resolved?

    Yes, I had sufficient funds on my account. It is the same account in game and on the website. I purchased the item to the NA server and am trying to receive it on the NA server. Did I forget something?
