Crashing at character screen

Time for me to start checking here it seems >.<, looked all over the forums, tried every fix and found that nothing has worked to fix this issue so I am hoping that someone else who has had the issue might be able to shine some light on it. I was running GamezBDO just fine but had to shut down comp since we were turning off power to work on an outlet in the house. Now when I try to start up the game it gets to the character select and when it goes to head into the game itself (regardless of character I select) it just crashes. I have run the force check 2 time, made sure that all the firewalls and antivirus stuff was in order to allow the program, and made sure all runtimes, .net and everything else was up to date as well. Anyone else have a suggestion or fix for this issue? Picture below is as far as it gets before it crashes.
