    Any tips how to achieve this?
    Going to PEN for boss gears always succeed at 40+

    If you are on premium, disable the enhancement bonus if you are NOT then wait for the event enhancement (all events) to finish which is Jan 2, 2019.
    From there on, you can try again. Oh, if you have some yellow/blue rare accessories you can use them too so at least if it succeeded you can use it. It IS INDEED expensive but you can easily get million of silvers here on the server.
    I also use boss gears to use failstacks going up to TRI because I can sell them afterwards.

    You disable your enchant bonus by pressing ESC goto the gamez icon and at the bottom there should be an EXP/Enchant Rate buttons. You can disable it there.
