Severe fps drops

Hi. It's been around 3 weeks since an update that completely messed up my frame rate. No matter where I am, every 10 seconds or so my game freezes or fps drops around 10 for a few seconds. It is the same on any graphic setting, and it is way worse in populated towns. In the past 3 weeks I tried pretty much everything I could find on the internet except downgrading my nvidia driver. I would not want to do that since bdo is not the only thing I play.
I play on a MSI Ghost Pro laptop with i7 6700HQ and 970M with 16gb RAM and client is on SSD. I can run retail on REMASTERED version like I run GamezBD on optimisation. Anyone have any ideas? It's so annoying in pve, and also pvp is unatainable with this problem. Need help

 

same here :3 it drops into 9fps then went back to 60-110 fps again.

 

Nobody has any ideas? I'm sad I really can't play. Been afk training for a month now...

 

Sorry that you have had these issues, I wish I could add something constructive but I will assume that you have already done a Force-Check, checked drivers and tried everything else. My graphics problems have been numerous, to the point where I was completely unable to do Worldbosses or move slowly into crowded cities, but I do agree that with the last patch some things have become better while others have become much worse, for instance the particle system (rendering of particles) has gone to hell for me, I simply cannot do Kutum anymore because of it. If you find any solutions I would love to hear them as I think there are more with similar problems.
