Workers

I wanna suggest increasing the chance to get Artisan, Prof worker from the NPC, and increase the success rate of worker prom.
We as lifeskillers need this, in my opinion, we deserve it as lifeskillers because we want to enjoy and we need a balance between SD, PVP(wars) and pure lifeskills, I don't talk about the other points, as gathering proc rate or sharp/hard for example. REMEMBER it is somehow x10 server.
Also, it is better for the MP.

 

I honestly had no issues on getting those for the past year and not to mention using my pearls for promotions / firing an incompetent worker lol.

















But I am not sure nowadays, I haven't hired any worker since I got all I needed as much as possible already. The LATEST workers above I had are the ones in Port Epheria, I was planning to make some galleys and gears of it but I decided to invest most of my cp's connecting all the main cities except kamasylvia ones (Grana), going to Valencia and Arehaza town for trading etc.

It's all RNG and PATIENCE, get enough energy and you can try to snipe some good ones. Good luck

 

Maybe it is RNG as other game content, but for your info, I spent too many energy, maybe above 250mil=wine=7500energy.
I got only 1 artisan Giant

 

i got one artisan goblin and maybe 2-3 professionals ... maybe 20 skilled and rest is green ...
i have 109 workers atm .... i think there may be again retail rates/chances at hiring (and promoting, but realy dont know there, wasnt promoting much yet), but not sure ...

will add it as one of suggestions in my Lifeskills rebalance thread
