11. Stuck at Kakao Games Screen
Navigate to the following directory in your computer:

%userprofile%\Documents\Black Desert

• Delete the UserCache folder.
• Delete the Cache folder in your game installation folder.

Make sure your video card drivers are up to date.
Go to Start -> Search -> type Device Manager -> Display Adapters -> Right click on your video card -> Update Driver Software -> Search automatically for updated driver software.

 

bro ı couldnt find the game installation folder what is that is it program files or someting my language is different so can you please told me the name of folder of has cache folder

 

Click start and then click "run" or just press the CTRL + R buttons on your keyboard, and then a run window will appear.
paste "%userprofile%\Documents\Black Desert" in the space provided and press enter. Paste it without the " "
Then you'll see the folders there to delete.

 

but there is no cache folder there is only usercache folder
