Can't use my camping tool

It says Must remove []'s stored items.
But I only have one character
please help

 

I encountered exact same issue, can't open campsite it says 'must remove xxx's stored items'. But I am on the same xxx character, not trying to open camp on another chara.

Also bought a new campsite but still it won't let me open. Can anyone please help?

 

Same here... and I have a lot of things that I want to store, but I can't cause of this sudden issue.

 

I managed to solve mine. Just set a hotkey for tent, use the hotkey to install tent, then it'll work.
You can do this from 'Quick Hotkey' option in main menu (press esc)
They said it's a bug on discord patch notes and will be fix after maintenance tonight.

 

"The devs are aware of the campsite bug, the lack of enhanced drops, and daily login calendar bug. Make sure you are not PMing them or using the [@ staff] feature while they work through the various bugs and fixes for the remaster update. They will be investigating the lack of enhanced drops and the tent/ campsite bug should be fixed on the next patch. There is a fix you can do by assigning a hotkey as mentioned in the #news-patch-notes for the tent."
