The file is corrupted.

I was running into this constantly as the game was loading new areas and sometimes on first load.
client repair, ran fine but error still persists
completely reformated/reinstalled windows 10
reinstall gamezbd
disabled all firewall, nope
disabled windows gaming, nope
disabled ipv6, nope
reinstalled vc redistributables
reinstalled graphics card driver
updated bios
checked ram with memtest(wew this takes forever), 0 errors

finally i found the issue:
i am using a samsung m.2 ssd windows uses a generic driver that isn't fully compatible.
1. install samsung ssd driver
2. disable CSM in bios boot menu

 

i have same proble, just force check from launcher
