GamezBD EU Horse Gear Bug

Greetings!
I've noticed this bug lately, where horse gear pieces dont appear dyed. I first found out about the issue while trying to show my friend the new saddle I bought from pearl shop ,which I had also dyed with merv's palette, when he told me it didnt appear to be dyed at all . I experienced the same issue, not being able to see my frend's horse gear dyed in return. Sometimes even the horse's outfit piece (from pearl shop), didnt appear at all , revealing the item saddle that was supposed to be underneath it. Also both mine and my friend's horse appeared to be having items on the inventory when it had none (like the one shown in the photo below). The inventory thingy comes and goes randomly. I made sure this is indeed a bigger issue when i started noticing that no-one's horse gear appeared dyed to either me or my friend. I think this is a bug concerning horse gear (both cosmetic or non-cosmetic) in general.

no it didnt expire, Im describing a general issue conserning horse gear , where nothing to the server appears dyed to me or my friend
