Character stuck and keybindings completely gone

    On 2 of my characters I can't move them or open their inventory/do anything other than press escape and move my mouse. I've had this issue for a few months now and most of my armour is on one of them; I'd really appreciate some help :)

    Whenever an NPC comes past it says () to interact with them if that helps

    Delete your cache and see if there is any difference.
