when select character game stops responding.

    I can play with all the characters in my account except one
    when i select this character, the loading screen start then the game stops responding.
    i search in the FAQ and forum but i see nothing about this problem.

    Do you know where it can come from?

    Youre probably trying to get into arsha server with a low level, if thats not the case i need more information about the character to be able to help.
