[Help] Game crashes when select character

I was able to play the game normally before the update, however, after the update my game crashes after I select a character, please help
+What I have tried:
-Re-download the game
-Delete Cache
-Force Check on launcher
-Disable all antivirus
-Reset Wifi Router
-Change DNS
-Restart PC

 

Hey @MilkShook do u have multiple characters ? if u do does it crash on them aswell if u Login ?

 

Having the same issue as well

 

this is happening to all of my characters
select a char ->dark screen->game shuts down

 

hmm strange this happend to me sometime aswell but i fixed it by tranporting my character to olvia. This can be done on the Website https://gamezbd.net/character

 

All characters are affected, Sometimes it even crash after character creation. I wish I know what the problem is, at least that would help troubleshooting easier.

I know for the fact that my Spec is strong enough even for Remastered verion
Also I'm pretty sure the network is fast enough, cause I have been playing just fine before the patch.

 

Did u try to Transport the character to olvia ?

 

Yes I did, still not working

I am not sure, but this is what I assume, I have been paying attention. Whenever 5 or more people in my house playing online game, BDO start crashing after character selection. So the problem is probably slow connection. But that's weird, why would the game crash for having slow connection?
