I have reinstall but still happen . My friend has this problem too.

No, Kolka is correct, i'm part of the Insider Preview Slow so that version won't be available to the general public until later this month: OS Version: 10.0.18362 N/A Build 18362

I have no other updates remaining, i belive it`s a matter of smart-guard updating their software to support newer versions of Windows

 

Indeed, Insider Preview builds are unfortunately not fully compatible with the game. We suggest downgrading to the latest Stable version, ( 1809) or preferably, the Anniversary Edition as there a few issues with the current version of the Creators Update.

for play , we need to use compatibility systeme , Check in properties compatibility => Windows 7 or 8 ; i dont know if i work , but you need to try for see..

or next solution is to reinstall windows 10 without insider update
