I need help launch error

Hello, I have the error in gamezbd '' gamezbd the application is terminating '' I have tried to reinstall several times and could not fix it. I have the error log that was generated if someone can identify the problem would help me a lot.

It could be the following:
A) The path or folder isn't set properly.
B) You only downloaded the launcher and not the patch.
C) Missing folder or data.

The solution is either:
A) Set the path properly by directing it to the Gamez folder where the patch is current.
B) Download the Gamez patch.
C) Hit Force Check

The problem persists who knows how to fix

 

try dissabling your antivirus, even more if you're using avira, it sometimes has compatibillities problems

 

Not working could be a connection port issue or a DLL issue. BDO runs normally but GAMEZBD launcher doesn't work
