PS plss help Item slot bug

I slot my item then relog to get my manastone to other char my item slots got lock again

 

Please Help! I got the same problem. I bought 3x1000 Manastone Fastener in webshop to have my ORB slotted and I already have an existing 1 slot with manastone on in already and I added +3 slots. Then when I logged out and log back in, the slots are gone. Please help! It just happend Just now!

Next time put your item in Warehouse before relog

Hi, the temporary fix for this bug/problem is to re-equip your items after enchanting it (either retuning, enchanting to +15, opening manastone slots or putting manastones). The main purpose why you have to re-equip your gears is to let the database save your game data.

Might be a solution but re-equipping is easier. Nice suggestion though.

Staffs doesn't refund unless it's website problem (failure of sending items you bought from webshop).

 

I put the item in the werehouse but it also happen to lost it slot again even the manastone are gone
