Problem after character selection !!

HI gamezbd, i have a problem, after I select the character the game does not start; I tried to remove antivirus but it doesn't work the same; this is the first time that happens to me, plssss!! tnx bye

 

Try logging onto gamezbd.net and go to characters, then select rescue.

 

Hi Laredal, tnx for it but i try and dont work, , i used VPN but dont work , i very sad, i have + 2400 hours in BDO i like this server help me pls!!!

 

Are you getting any error message at all? Make sure you have gamezbd launcher folder set as an exemption in your antivirus, firewall, and windows defender, even if they are disabled. Also make sure you have no third party software running.

Larel no error message, after I choose the character the game starts but then brings me back to the login screen. but no error message; I have the retail vetsione installed. Can this be a problem?
