Just finished download game and when I start the game this happened
plz help.

I saw your thread earlier, but I see no solution given from Gamez yet either Forum or Telegram.

Please take note it is an old thread, but your case shares the same error with this. So I have a guess it is because your windows have updated recently. If you are willing to try, rollback the windows update and see if it helps. Or else, it will gonna need the developer to make a fix on launcher to be compatible with latest windows update.

However, I do not receive this error in Win10 Home with latest update 1903. So I am not too sure to help you.
