I can’t recover the password from my game account!

Hello! I can’t recover the password from my game account! I click send me an email for recovery by mail, but the letter never arrives by e-mail! What should I do ?

 

If you have never received an email from this email address, then it's possible that you wrote your email address incorrectly when you signed up and that is why you're not getting any password reset emails.

Anyways, the staffs have access to your account information, so they can't look into this matter for you, and if it's an email address you do not have access to, you will need to contact them and ask them to update your account information for you as there you cannot change it yourself unless you have access to the email address the account is currently registered to.

By the way, have you tried testing it via a PC / laptop browser rather than mobile? The password reset function is working as intended. Please try testing it on another device.

 

I play only from one computer, m******o@mail.ru, on this account I have maehwa VDKHeart 66lvl, I have already tried 50 times to reset the password, but the letter never came to my mail ******do@mail.ru
