Unable to launch game

I am unable to get the game launcher to open as usual. I get an error message (attached for reference) does anyone know what I must do to fix it? If it involves re-downloading the launcher and game I am fine with that. However, I would like to know for sure if I delete all the GamezBD game files will my game saves be alright? Thanks for any and all responses.

 

Try log out of the launcher and click settings in upper right corner of the launcher, set the path to your Gamez Black Desert Online folder.
After saving the setting, see if the launcher start checking files and so on.

If not, try go to Black Desert Online folder and delete the following: gamezbd.status. Then, repeat the step above.
