    Why don't we see GameZ owner/s and gms come out and answer people's questions?

    What questions? You need to specify. Questions about the server? Or just general BDO questions like, "how do i find coal?"

    Its a small team and Kolka is very busy. I'd rather the team work on the patch instead of answering the 100th question about when is Guardian coming.

    Anything from suggestions to actual game questions like how does drops actually work here? Does lifeskill mastery differ from retail and if so, in what way?

    They have quite often done so in the past, and still do from time to time, however due to the good work some players are doing voluntarily, they now have more time to actually live their lives away from the computer :)
    This has been explained a multitude of times, by both the developers, and the administrators, and the moderators, and the players...Think all you need to do is go look for those answers on our forum.
