Game fails to launch

After clicking on start, the Smart Guard window opens up, with the message "Launching game". However, after a few seconds, the window closes and returns to the launcher, receiving no error whatsoever. I have force checked the files multiple times, reinstalled the game, and the "common errors and solutions" thread hasn't helped at all since I'm not really receiving any errors. And yes, I am running the launcher as administrator.

 

the same thing happened to me, Smart Guard started and when the launcher reappeared, the game did not start directly, and now I am fighting to update the game again, hardly because it seems that nobody here gives you a solution to that

 

check to see if gamez is running in your start menu. if so, go to task manager and force close it. should fix it. this is what worked for me
