I ran the game without ANY troubles at all.

This is how I did it:
    1. downloaded the version 2308 from the alternate download site, through torrent (http://forum.gameznetwork.com/threads/pre-download-great-ocean-update-v2308.231291/)

    2. copied all the files from the torrent folder into the GamezBD game folder, "YES replace files"

    3. deleted the entire content of the "username"\documents\BDO-folder

    4. open launcher, which did a quick check and patch, then login and Start

If you have troubles, I suggest that you check to see if you have put Launcher files into game-folder, and if you did do that, MOVE them out of that folder and into a folder not containing game files.
You might have to delete the laucher files and redownload it (see problems and solutions), of course you would need to do some kind of File-Check if you are experiencing problems.

Hope this helps you out ;)
