Both questlines to unlock level 50 is blocked off

Hi guys, I hope y'all can help me out since there's no one in-game or on Telegram that could help.

I tried attempting to kill the Catfish boss to unlock level 50, but i keep getting my butt mopped.

So I deleted that quest and tried the other questline which is https://bddatabase.net/us/quest/21100/1/
But when I am there, I found out that I couldn't "Eavesdrop" like in all the video guides

so Q1, How do I unlock eavesdrop?

So I found out that since I'm also stuck here, might as well re-take that catfish boss quest and pray for a miracle.
But I can't find that quest anywhere in the logs or even the black spirit (who gave me the quest). I'm now stuck at level 49 with no means to level up.

So Q2, How can I re-take this quest?

 

As soon as you reach lv 49, you get notified to accept a quest via the black spirit and use an item to go past lv 49 on that character. That is the current way to advance in this version of Black Desert, the two you are talking about have been added in as quests during the Main Quest line. How you have both of those quests at the same time is beyond me. The catfish boss quest is way after the wagon eavesdrop part.

But, for the eavesdrop part, lean against the wagon, the quest should auto route you to the wagon you lean against. There is no unlocking it, it's just certain spots it works.
