[Daily] Precious Coral Piece Quest Disappeared

Problem : I think I forfeited the quest once, then it disappeared permanently.

I wanted to get the quest back but the NPC Curio, doesn't have it. I tried what any sensible person would do, wait a day and see if it comes back the next day. And use an alt to do the story again, and hope for the best. These options didn't work.

So now, I can't progress my Sailboat further. Any help with alternate ways would be awesome. I'm currently working on bartering my way to Caravel.

Server EU. Family name SFX, incase it helps with anything.

 

I also cannot get the daily of this quest. He gave me the initial quest and after 3 days I successfully turned it in but the daily never has been available and have gone thru 2 daily resets since then. I am on the NA server.

 

Try to change quest settings, and re-apply them to show all.
I think it had a visual bug or something on my end. Because my quests were showing all... Yet that chain was the only one I couldn't see.
