Can not launch the game

Hey, me and my friends downloaded GamezBD today. We all installed it but all of us got the same problem. When we click "START" on the launcher, the game is opening but, when we see the GameZ symbol on the intro, game moves back to the launcher without any error message.
We tried to :
• Close windows defender
• Forcecheck
• Deleted the folder in AppData/Local named GamezBDO
• Tried to install new .exe

Make sure gamezbd launcher (entire folder) is set as an exemption/exclusion in your antivirus, firewall, and windows defender (all three), even if disabled. Restart pc after this is done.

 

i dont have any antivirus and i did close defender and firewall but still the same wtf is this

 

so i new here but i have a problem with the game not launching but the launch will launch but when ever i press start goes into the the prepossessing part but then close it's self and goes back to the launch so i was seeing if i can get some help with getting the game to launch if i can get help on this i well be very thankful

i tried all of it still does not want to work so i don't know the problem and all i want to do is play this game

 

same for me ... well i've created a toon and can get to the game but then just crashes every time ... tried all the suggestions in the link above ... epic fail ... to bad cuz this game is pretty cool
