Stuck on start Screen "now processing for hours"

    The issue started when i was at Bashims doing the quest line.. I started lagging very badly out of no where, 40-50 seconds of skill/Damage lag. I went to relog to see if this would resolve the issue however since re-logging I get to the first menu option where i press start to go to my characters and it just sits on "now Processing"

    i searched through your known issues and tried all fixes listed there including changing DNS servers and Resetting my router, I have also since completely reinstalled both GameZ and the base BDO Game files and still this issue persists. I am able to connect fine to any other game server and have no connectivity issues outside GameZ. I just invested a fair bit of funds into the game and now im unable to play? Please advise a fix or reason for this issue.

    Same thing here. But i don't think it's client related. Both me and my wife have the problem since this morning. We are on NA server. We saw the message on telegram, thank you for you hard work... (Please save me, repair the server as fast as possible my wife has begun to clean and order the appartement because she can't play... It's terrifying... )

    pretty sure they're communicating updates via telegram. I'd suggest kicking ya feet up and watching netflix till its back up folks

    Both servers will be now restarted and updated, it will take 30-40 min. After it, servers will be online.
