I got similar problem on new ASUS laptop. Client is opening and crashing back to launcher on black screen. I'm knowledgeable about optimizing computers and i've set up all possible settings properly. Laptop have 2 GPUs, Integrated and normal one. Pretty sure game is opening using intergrated GPU and crashing by lack of memory as i guess problem is as always .bin file. as GamezBD is running BlackDesert64.bin instead BlackDesert64.exe and .bin file is not supported by anything since years. Last game which used .bin file for running a game i remember was old LoL... I'm also re downloaded n reinstalled client by launcher and is still getting crash by lack of GPU memory even i'd set up everything properly including setting up laptop to always use proper GPU in power profile BlackDesert64.bin is still launching on integrated 128MB GPU instead of dedicated 4GB one. I'm now need to give back Laptop to shop and buy another with only one dedicated GPU lol

Don't know what to say, I think it is a software issue on the part of the Operating System or the Graphics Drivers, since it is the laptop that is unable to respond to the GamezBD version of the game, when we Know for sure that it can run on pretty much all other Windows-PC systems. So I guess it is a really good thing that you are able to exchange that laptop for one that actually works much better :)

Yeah. Whole situation actually went for good. Shop where i got first laptop was known to me and overall have good reviews. But in this particular example it was overpriced and after having $ back I got much better laptop from different shop for only 50$ more with basically 2x better hardware wtf and NVIDIA instead of AMD GPU. The problem was actually new 2020 AMD Adrenalin software which lacks option to turn off integrated GPU ( while old 2019 software had that possibility in settings) forcing system to hybrid switch and auto-detect application memory demand which was causing bugs with .bin file not detecting it properly. Now game is working and doing fine as i can turn off integrated GPU via NVIDIA panel so GameZ run only via main GPU.
