Server lags

    To Whom It May Concern,
    So, after about two weeks of playing on the GamesBD server, I began to experience some delay in killing mobs. It started yesterday after 10 P.M. I tried using VPN, but that did not help. There were people in the chat who complained about the same problem. Can I find out what to do? I think it will be useful for other adventurers.

    UPD: I talked with my ISP. An IT specialist asked the GamezBD administration to trace to the IP address: 109.110.48.194

    Well, the thing is...sometimes the servers desync over time and lag starts increasing, but in general the most lag that players would experience is either due to their own Internet Service Provider, as well as connection distance, or due to PC-CPU-stress when a lot of "Loot-Rolls" are made on dead monsters.

    Basically this means that when it isn't client based, it is just a server restart that will fix the lag.

    Thanks for the answer! At times, the lags disappear or return again. I hope that after technical work everything will be decided.

    Does it increase right after you have killed some monsters?

    No. The lags appear somehow spontaneously.

    We cant trace ip from our side, but you can ask your ISP trace our ip: 51.77.85.102
    ITs ip exact of server where u play. Server not lagging its just you feel packet loss/big latency to datacenter.

    In my guild, people also have this problem, but not so often.
    My ISP answered this:
    Well, I can assume that the backbone provider has problems communicating with the data center. But since they don’t give a trace back, then I can’t even find out which backbone provider to contact.
    So apparently we are just waiting for it to work out.

    (I can be mistaken in the translation from Russian, I apologize for this)
    I did the trace myself, but I understand a little about this ...
