Game Crash

I disabled my firewall and run as administrator but after I select a character it loads then crashes.
i try to select all of my characters but it still crashes.

Is always a good place to start, however it might be solved with something so simple as a file-check (launcher settings), or the other "cure-all" where you delete the GamezBD folder from your username\documents\, but remember to backup any screenshots or other stuff you want to keep.

 

You may want to delete your Cache Folders in both Docs and in game directory.
Mine was crashing after Win10 update and deleting both worked.
