Themida Cannot find WSOCK32.dll and Blocked Loading of File errors

A few days ago I started receiving an error when trying to load the game... The first error indicates a problem with Themida (which I presume is a tool to prevent game hacking or something). The error says, "Cannot find 'WSOCK32.dll' Please, re-install this application." Then another box pops up immediately titled "Black Desert Online". In the box with six lines of text, which display as follows:

My computer is running Windows 10 Pro 64bit. My video card is an Nvidia GTX 960.

I have run a full virus scan and malware check on my system... nothing.
I have completely uninstalled and re-installed Black Desert Online... I can login to BDO fine and play the game with zero issues.
I have completely deleted and re-installed the GameZBD client... I get the login and splash screen, but when I press PLAY to start up the game, I get this error each time.
I consulted Microsoft forums and ran SFC /SCANNOW... nothing.
I ran the Microsoft recommended command prompt text to repair Windows image (if there happened to be a corrupt file)... nothing.
I have tried each of these solutions twice.... no fix.

Okay, this is a fickle error, as different things seem to work for different people. This being said, it is a windows error sometimes caused by a corrupted file in windows updates for windows 10 (had this myself on two separate occasions. The first time was because my antivirus blocked and deleted the said file (malwarebytes, which I changed to something else), and the other was from a windows update, which I had to revert and reinstall to fix. Sistemim üzerinde tam bir virüs taraması ve kötü amaçlı yazılım kontrolü yaptım ... hiçbir şey.
Black Desert Online'ı tamamen kaldırdım ve yeniden yükledim ... BDO para cezasına giriş yapabilir ve oyunu sıfır sorunla oynayabilirim.
GameZBD istemcisini tamamen sildim ve yeniden kurdum ... Giriş ve açılış ekranını alıyorum, ancak oyunu başlatmak için PLAY tuşuna bastığımda, her seferinde bu hatayı alıyorum.
Microsoft forumlarına danıştım ve SFC / SCANNOW'u çalıştırdım ... hiçbir şey.
