Hello , 4 days ago when I attempted to play GamezBD , I encountered a problem.
The first one was the enigmatic yet famous "Error Code : 0301 C000007B" , after 4 days of tweaking , I managed to "perhaps" fix that specific error code.
By doing so I realised it has given me a new error code , after hours of googling / foruming / re-searching / tweaking with my computer I came to the conclusion that I'm in great need of help because I can't seem to fix this.

If anyone has any ideas about it , please I'm very glad to hear them.

    Best Regards ,

Have you tried a forced file check?

Yes I tried it , also tried a couple of more things :
    -Force Check.
-Reinstalled the game in a different path(folder) using the launcher.
-Installed an antivirus.( AVG , this fixed the 0301 C000007B error if I remember correctly).
-Allowed Inbound Rules in Firewall for GamezBD.exe / BlackDesert64.exe
-Used CCleaner to clean up Registry.
-Scanned whole computer for any type of viruses.
-Updated Windows to latest possible updates including the optional ones.
-Reinstalled all Visual Studio C++ Redistributables.

None worked so far , I'm gonna attempt another reinstall when I get home and I'll post the updates.

Thank you for your time Hyperbole and suggestion, I'm still open to any other suggestions if you have.

    Best Regards,
    A humble player.

What version of windows are you on if you don't mind me asking. Is it the 2004 one?

This is the main problem players are running into nowadays...they update the Windows 10 Operating System to a windows version that is Not currently supported by Smartguard. Unfortuantely that is not on our table here at GamezBD, but is in the hands of Smartguard. The only thing I can recommend is to rollback windows 10 to version 1909, then things should work (Settings/System/About at the bottom of the page).

    @Hyperbole
EDIT : I'm running the 2004 version of it , yes.
    @loboram
I see , I thought as much myself , I did try to tweak around with the SmartGuard but to no success , seems like , unless they update SmartGuard there is no possible fix for me.
EDIT : I'm running an OS build of : 19041.264
EDIT 2: As my understanding of builds - 190'41' is hell of a lot bigger than 190'9' , by rolling back , I assume I'm risking some things.

Also I want to thank you both for being so kind and helping me , Hyperbole and loboram , I wish you the best to both of you.

    Best Regards,
    A humble player.

Thanks to you for your very kind words, usually we get childish outburst when we are unable to help out players with problems, so I am very thankful for your approach and reaction...hopefully you can figure something out, or that the Smartguard-staff get off their arses and fix this :D

@offtopic : I'm really glad that you feel that way, few good words can change a person's mindset for 2 days atleast ,making it more positive, imagine if we do so everyday, things would be better all around.
@ontopic : Seem'd like the best approach , because fixing this problem could benefit me and the community.

Also I'm going to try to roll-back , after all is an issue I haven't found any information about in my re-searches , and if I find a possible fix for it , I could help others which would be extremely helpful.

I'm gonna hit up with an update after I'm attempting the roll-back.

    Best Regards,
    A humble player.

All right. Here's what I know for sure :

    Windows 10 Version 1909 - Enables Error Code : 0301 C000007B
    Windows 10 Latest Version - Enables Error Code : 0301 C00000BB

After updating to the lastest and got the 'BB' error code , I rolled back as you said loboram , and now I'm getting the '7B' error.
Unfortunately I cannot roll-back throught Updates and Security to an even earlier version because the update was done more than 10 days ago.
I will try another way to roll-back and see if it fixes the problem, but if it doesn't my best bet is on a fresh Windows Install.

    Best Regards,
    A humble player.

I know it sounds weird, but perhaps you could try to implement some of the easier solutions, while in 1909 version?

Well I'm open to suggestions as always.

I'm not sure what you mean by easier solutions, could you tell me more about it?

    Update:

I took a peak in Event Viewer :
"Service failed to start due to internal error: 0xc000007b"
    Source being : SmartGuard

    Best Regards,

Haha , I was 90% sure you would reffer me to that but fortunately I might even dare to say I know it by heart since I'm dealing with these 2 errors for 5-6 days now.

Nothing in there was able to help me fix these problems, I do however think i'm onto something now. I will come back with updates.

Well , I went ALL-IN on my computer tonight , tried alot of things , nothing seems to work , I ended up creating countless errors which are a headache to correct manually.

The only reasonable solution left is a fresh re-install of Windows, I'm going to do that tomorrow since it's quite late for me.

I will come back tomorrow with a full step-by-step on what I did in order to try to fix these errors and the outcome , after that I will close this thread and hopefully my experience will help others.

Once again thanks for your time @loboram and @Hyperbole , you guys were really helpful on "The Journey of the Error Codes".

    Best Regards,
