Upon opening the GamezBD Launcher application the launcher does not appear. It shows up in the task manager briefly and then crashes.

Error from the windows event viewer:

    Application: GamezBDO.exe
    Framework Version: v4.0.30319
Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception.
Exception Info: exception code c0000005, exception address 00007FFE71E18E10

Edit: I did try many other methods to try and get it to launch.
Reinstalled the launcher as well as renamed the associated Gamez BDO caches in AppData, Documents, the game directory, etc. Rolled back the KBA, but not the windows update.
    Nothing has worked thus far.

I rolled back to the last version of windows and the launcher would come up and crash.

Afterward, I checked the event viewer and it said d3d9.dll was causing a crash. I changed Rivatuner from Low detection to None and that fixed the issue.

Anyone else with this issue, it appears one of the 7 new updates is causing it, but probably Windows 10 version 2004 is causing it along with Rivatuner.

It is simply NOT compatible with Smartguard at the moment, but that is not in our hands...but I am glad that you found a solution nonetheless :)
