PLSS HEALP ME: The item is missing.

Im new player, i start in BDO in frist time in gamezbdo XD I was doing the quests to get the blackstar weapon for my Shai, as I didn't have 200PA, I opted for the second quest option and move on to Tarf and next to kill the 1000 mobs, where it would be better for my low damage . I completed the quest and did not receive the item called: Eye of Darkness and without it I can’t merge with the Red Eye that I already get. Look at the print, saying that I already killed the mobs, however I don't have the eye of darkness to hand over to the NPC, I'm stuck on the quest and I need this help from the moderators and the item is missing. Help me. D: Thhe game is translate because im from Brazil.

 

Do the quest again. See if you'll get the item.
Or maybe you're blind and it's on your inventory idk.

 

you didn't send a print screen. your post is blank? and if your inventory was full while grinding and you tried to complete the quest, it wouldn't allow it. it would tell you that you don't have enough space.

 

As @Hyperbole said, you might not have been able to complete the quest at all, if your inventory was full, but otherwise you might just want to "forfeit" and retake the quest once again, it really shouldn't be a big problem since you continually receive rewards from "grinding"

@Cawfee there is no need to talk-down to others, I get that they may have overlooked their inventory, but you could have said so in a nice way instead of being like that.
