Hello all. I want to congratulate Gamez's staff for offering this wonderful server experience, it has been great, however, it is not a full great experience for everyone. After the last big patch (Sea Expansion) it seems that there was a hotfix I didn't notice when exactly, that lowered the game optimization severely.
I have a friend of mine whose specs are:
    CPU: Intel Core i9-9900K 3.6Ghz
    RAM: 16GB 3200 Mhz
GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 Ti 2010 Mhz
And they can't even run the game at 60 constant fps on 1080 resolution with the lowest graphic settings. With the highest resolution, graphic, remastered etc, settings which they used to play on before perfectly fine, it's still the same, no change if not worse.
The fps go from 60 to 43 whenever they use a skill or even run, to the point where it's unplayable.
I tried giving them optimization advices but nothing really works as in retail to improve the game's performance thanks to the restrictions of the anticheat.
They tried retail to see the performance there and there was a huge difference: the frames didn't go down from 60 at all, half CPU, GPU and RAM usage and at highest graphic settings as well.
My friend refuses to play the game because of how ridiculous this situation is. They have a top notch computer and can't run this version properly on 1080 at low. I have a worse but decent pc than my friend and I'm having almost the same problems at 768 resolution at highest (CPU and GPU usage and temperatures skyrocketing and of course, 55-45 fps). I don't mind playing at lower graphics but I can understand some people not wanting to put less than 1080 resolution in their NASA computer and I may not be the only one having a friend like that so please optimize the game or get a better anticheat so that we can use third party game boosters like Nvidia GeForce Experience, MSI Afterburner, etc or similar.
We both tried switching off all game performance menu options but nothing works, no fps improvement.
If you have encountered the same problem don't be afraid to show your opinion.

This game has already turned into a disaster. Apart from the graphics, you cannot buy any item. They did not validate any changes, in fact the video card gave me an alert of temperature increase, nor did lowering the resolution to 800x600 improve it either.

Look, there is little I can tell you apart from the fact that it is entirely an issue with your particular setup, whatever the problems are they are on your end, otherwise EVERYone would be complaining about the same things, and they are not.
I am simply completely unable to help you out with this, but Maybe if you talk to @Kolka our resident problem solver, you can find a way to improove (not how it is spelled) your gaming experience.
Start a Conversation with him, mouse-overing your username you can find the option.

Nevermind, it seems that there is something strange with my friend's CPU... I'll ask Kolka.
It was a Windows update problem. They had to update.
