Problem with scroll

Hi, I can't create the scrolls because the + doesn't appear, any solution? and it's the same with the "Make an ancient kibelius spear" quest

 

I'm not sure but from the screenshot, I suggest moving the compass parts apart maybe you can only combine 1 item at a time.

 

Item combinations only work with the first pack of items as you can see displaying only the compass parts being able to be combinated so just put the two materials on the first and second inventory place or keep combining the other items until you reach the spear items.
If you don't have the said items or have combined them before the quest required you to do so just go back to Atosa in Aakman to get the two items again.
