    I have just checked in the Pearlshop myself, as well as in the Webshop (GamezBD.net), and I Can confirm that the item you are looking for is indeed Only in the webshop, and not in the Pearlshop.

    You can request outfits and costumes in another thread, or make a suggestion for making them available in the Pearlshop as well.
