Can't get cliff weapon quests

i have finished the whole main quest line and i can't get the weapon quest for cliff weapons. how can i fix this?

 

i have done all the quests on both my characters and i still cant see it. my friend has the same problem and my guild said it was bugged for some people. can that be true?

some people say they have it and some say its bugged so its random for everyone. im not sure why i can't get it tho i leveled 3 characters and none of them got the quest. i finished the required quests too

 

Happened to me a week ago, when i've started 2 weeks ago, i've couldn't get the quest from cliff, he just wasn't giving me the mission to accept it, but after continued with main history, it finally gave me the quest to get the weapons, so keep doing main quests, somehow your missing some of them, happened to me.

 

how much of the story line have you done when you got it?

I had to finish the calpheon quest line and level up to 54 when I got to click on the Cliff box quest.

Uhhmmm I have a problem with a quest called "Moving Ahead" part of the Finding Valencia's Treasure quest line.
I've been Digging for an hour and still can't complete the quest. I've tried reconnecting, Re-accepting, moving around and even Dancing (someone in server chat told me)
I haven't tried sacrificing a chicken though. LOL.
