Resolved Game doesn't launch, crashes at smartguard.

    When I press start in the launcher, it opens the smartguard window, but then it crashes and the launcher opens again. Please help, I will supply any other information needed!

    Have you been able to play in the past? Is there a specific error you're getting? If so please provide a screenshot. Is this a fresh install of the game? Try:
    • Force checking the game
    • Setting exceptions in your antivirus and firewall

    Things I found out today:
    Bitdefender does not like GameZ. After turning off my antivirus, the game launched properly. Maybe Smartguard was clashing with Bitdefender?

    Thank you for your help, Iafter force checking the game I disabled Bitdefender and the game launched!
