Problem with pay op

    Hello i have a problem with my pay op transaktion. I spend 2 times 50€ and 1 25€, but only got 1 50€ and the 25€.
    I dont now what i have to do now because Payments went through. I can share the transaktion details with some staff members or support or someone who works here

    Now i get the error with the Nr.13ebf3ff-e but i got no money back pls help :(
