Quest options not appearing

[Blackstar Weapon] To the Altar of the Fallen God - chat option to sacrifice the eye of desolation at the brazier will not come up, can not progress

 

Inverting the Energy is a weekly quest, you have to wait 7 days (168 hours) to take it again.

solves the garmoth question.

this is the first time im doing this quest line ever for any character so not sure what could still be the problem

Have you checked to show all the types of quests on your Quest Log? Press "O" to check it, click all the icons at the bottom of the window to turn it on (yellow).

 

im dumb again, didnt read the quest instructions correctly and had to process the item into the correct one to use for the quest. solved
