Solved heeeeelpthe game does not start

Help me please, download the game, it was updated but when I start the game, the game opens and the screen remains black as if it were loading, the gamez logo does not appear and the game closes within minutes.

 

Put an exception to the gamez folder to your anti virus and firewall. Should fix it.

 

Can you hear background music?
Try:

• Setting exceptions for your antivirus/firewall
• Changing Resolution
  • Navigate to the following directory in your computer:
    
    
    Code:

    %userprofile%\Documents\Black Desert

    Open the GameOption.txt with any text editor (e.g. Notepad, Notepad++, Sublime Text or Atom) and edit the following lines:
    
    
    Code:

    windowed = x
    width = xxxx
    height = xxx

    To the following:
    
    
    Code:

    windowed = 2
    width = 1920
    height = 1080

    File -> Save As -> GameOption -> Save -> Yes

 

clear the game options and I was able to enter without problems then reset all the factory settings and it was without problems
